Rocketlane Clone Tool

Connect: Establishes REST API connections to both portals
Fetch Source: GET requests for all source data (fields, roles, etc.)
Fetch Destination: GET existing destination data for deduplication check
Deduplicate: Matches by (fieldLabel + objectType) to prevent duplicates
Map Types: Converts between Portal 1 and Portal 2 API types (e.g., USER → SINGLE_USER, BOOLEAN → YES_OR_NO)
Create: POST requests with 0.2s delay for rate limiting
Generate Mappings: Creates JSON files showing source ID → destination ID
Store Logs: Saves to customer directories (e.g., customers/SourcePortal_to_DestPortal/)

🧪 Dry Run Mode Test the clone without making any changes. Highly recommended for first run!

⏱️ Clone Duration: Large clones (300+ fields) may take 10-20 minutes. The browser will wait up to 2 hours for completion. Don't close this window during cloning.

Note: Users are not cloned automatically. Automations will be created in DISABLED state - review and enable them manually after cloning.
